About the expert: Betty Bonnardel MBE is the founder and CEO of AB5 Consulting, an award-winning SME based in West London, developing innovative solutions in an enabled environment in high technology sectors. A chartered engineer, certified project manager and IET Fellow, Betty works with multiple technologies within the industry, regulators and UN Agencies in due diligence, regulatory and licensing, system assessment, business development, market access. Her experience includes the management of complex international projects in the satellite, aerospace, nuclear, defence, and transport of dangerous goods sectors. For the ITU, Betty has been chairperson of the AI1.7, to study the spectrum needs for telemetry, tracking and command in the space operation service for non-GSO satellites with short duration missions.
